Project Info

We decided to create a few large websites that targeted the general consumer niche in order to see how much organic traffic we could obtain and how much passive income we could earn.

Project Type: Publisher Advertising
Implementation Tools: Project Planning, Website Development, Monetization Optimization

Challenges and Solutions

We wanted to enter into the general consumer niche in order to publish ads and affiliate offers to earn passive income. The only challenge was the number of keywords we wanted to target and the scale of the sites we wanted to create.

Customize our technology to accomodate a large number of web pages and keywords.
Since our technology was designed to be flexible and customizable, we were able to implement the necessary changes in order to accommodate our needs.
Perform keyword research. Create websites. Get rankings.
We compiled a list of over 1000 keywords that we wanted to target. We then used our technology to create a few websites which utilized all of these keywords in different ways. Within a few weeks of launching our first site, we were receiving over 1500 unique visitors/day - 100% organic search traffic. Over time, we've increased the number of sites and significantly increased our web traffic.
Monetize the websites.
With traffic rising every day, it was time to monetize it. We implemented display ads from large major advertising networks along with push notification marketing. As a result, these websites are collectively generating over $10,000/month in passive revenue.

Results

With a little bit of customization, we were able to successfully use our technology to meet our goal of targeting a large number of keywords on one website.  Additionally, we were able to generate a sizable amount of organic traffic and purely passive income.

We built this project from scratch in less than a month
These websites currently generate thousands of visitors and hundreds of dollars in revenue every day - completely hands-off
This project can (and will) be scaled up to at least 2-3 times its current level in the near future
